About Kimberly

Welcome to my blog!  I’m glad that you have stopped in to visit for information about servant leadership, coaching, and behavioral management tips and techniques.  I enjoy sharing ideas about how to grow our leadership skills.

In 2000 I decided to take my experience and passion for serving customers and launch InterWeave with the mission of “uniting people, identifying opportunities, implementing change and driving results”.  My focus is to support organizations’ desire to implement the principles of behavioral management and servant-leadership to create WOW experiences for your customers and your employees.

My values statement (both personally and professionally) is F.I.R.S.T. Things First (Faith, Integrity, Respect, Sincerity and Trust). I am truly a servant-leader at heart.

Speaking at conferences, publishing articles, developing documentation, facilitating workshops, and providing leadership coaching is what I do.  But who I am is a committed and dedicated person, with a keen eye for details, who has a dynamic passion for serving others in ways that I hope will make a difference long after I am gone.

I look for opportunities to engage in dialogues that are meaningful and purposeful on many different levels and I strive to live my mentoring mission statement of “inspiring others to continually strive for higher levels of performance through creative and strategic methods that are always focused to achieving my goals”.  I am always on the look out for the next big challenge.

I will be completing my Master’s program from Gonzaga University in Organizational Leadership in 2012 and then pursuing my PhD in Organizational Leadership.  I want to learn as much as I can in the field of transformational and servant-leadership so I can best serve the needs of others.

Visit InterWeave for more information about embracing the behaviors that will create WOW relationships with your customers and employees.
